As it all started

We went to the same church since we were kids, so we saw each other many times over the years.

Our first date took place on 11 November 2020. It's Zsuzsi's birthday and, by the way, that was the day the second Covid curfew started.

All winter long we met in the cafés that were secretly open, where we chatted, often visited Ikea to play board games and went to the escape rooms. We also went on many trips, as there was no other way to meet.

In the meantime, we learned a lot throughout the year, so we were looking forward to our summer holiday at Lake Balaton (picture taken here).

The following

Lóránt proposed to Zsuzsi in the spring of 2022, and we got engaged in front of the family in the autumn of 2022 (that's when the picture was taken). Since then, we have been preparing for our life together.

Part of this is that on 26 August we will join our lives before God and ask for his blessing.
